Bob Seymour joined LaMon & Associates in November 2014 as the team's Buyer's Agent. He will assist buyers in all steps of the home buying process, from initial consultation to discover wants and needs to search, showings, offer and negotiations to a final contract and then purchase at the closing table. Bob's business experience prior to real estate included 29 years as an independent agent with Graham-Naylor Agency, Marietta, GA. He helped contractors protect their hard won assets with proper insurance programs, and also provided financial advice to clients who required surety bonds as part of their construction offerings to local, state, and federal project owners. He brings experience in sales, negotiating contracts, and fully servicing client's needs. Bob has lived and worked in Atlanta since 1983. He has been involved as a volunteer or leader in many places, such as Mt Vernon Presbyterian School, Marist School, and All Saints Catholic Church. He serves on the board of Amigos for Christ, a Buford, Ga based organization that assists the poor in Nicaragua. Bob has two grown children. Rob and wife Michelle live in Philadelphia. Paige is a missionary living and working in Nicaragua. |

Brenda’s comes with a vast knowledge of the industry. She has worked in credit, construction, and as a Mortgage agent for several years. She currently holds a Georgia Real Estate License.
Brenda has lived in the Atlanta area for 10 years relocating from the San Francisco Bay area with her husband Noel and 10 year old son Christopher. She’s actively involved in her son’s school. Brenda was Co-PTA President (2012-2013) and is currently on the Social Media committee.
